TheFitStyle, INC DBA Evolution Personal Training & EdmondBootcamp pledge to do all that is necessary to help you achieve your health and fitness. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if the bootcamper enrolls in atleast 1 unlimited month of Bootcamp. Drop In’s do not qualify for the 30 day guarantee.

In the even of a 30 cancellation, the bootcamper must have completed 12 camps of 156 camps offered in the 30 days to qualify, and will be offered a credit for personal training sessions or refund. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process and will be mailed to the bootcamper.

Cancellations

If a bootcamper purchases a 3 or 6 month agreement and cancels for non medical reasons the difference of regular price must be paid to cancel. (ie. If an 3 month agreement is signed for $199 a month or $50 off the regular price, and you cancel 2 months in without completing your contract, you will owe $50 for each month attended equaling $100 to satisfy the difference since you did not qualify for the 3 month price)

Freeze Policy

In the even of a medical issue with a doctors note presented, a medical freeze may be requested until issue is resolved. In the event of medical freeze, a credit towards personal training sessions may be offered.

If vacation longer than14 days, a freeze can be requested. Cases are reviewed on a case by case basis, and not guaranteed.
