Our foundation class is for all fitness levels and a great introduction into our program. Each class involves a combination of functional strength training and cardio cross training without the running that sometimes keeps participants away from “Bootcamp”.
Whether this is your first experience with bootcamp training or you have participated in a bootcamp before, this program will help you build the foundation necessary to take your fitness to a higher level. This program involves a quick pace but also an education on fundamental lifts that will be common place to our program
The price is just $15 per session and can be paid by the camp or you can purchase 5 for $50. You may continue these sessions indefinately or upgrade whenever you feel ready to our full Bootcamps
