Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!

Amanda, Riley, and I are all VERY thankful for all of you that make Edmond Bootcamp great! It is truly a blessing to have so many great people making incredible changes in their lives.

Just a heads up, we will be closed on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day but will be business as usual on all other surrounding days.

AND We are proud to announce that on Sunday November 29 at 1pm we will be offering a FREE Bootcamp for everyone who needs an extra opportunity to work out the fury of Turkey and Dressing!!! We will be taking donations for the Infant Crisis Center. These guys need our help with keeping kids warm this winter. Anything will help but hats, gloves, blankets, sleepers, onesies, etc.. top the list!

Bring your friends, family, neighbors, grumpy uncle, anyone and everyone that would like to get moving and feel better on Sunday!!!

Bootcamp Shoutout to Ericka B!

Not only is Bootcamp not the same without Ericka, she has seen AMAZING change. 6 months ago Ericka was a size 14. This week she got into a size 4!!!! I am so incredibly proud of how far she’s come. Make sure you tell her congratulations for her success and all her hard work!!!
