New Boot Camps for June

Posted by

dobbs_personal_training

We are growing at Edmond Boot Camp! Starting June 1st we are adding a new Boot Camp on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm!!! Amanda and I are very excited to add more times and get even more on their way to being fit and healthy!

We are still having our normal bootcamps at 6:15am Tues/Thurs and 6:30pm Tues/Thur with everyone getting together on Saturday at 10am! Weather permitting we will just plan on meeting at Fink Park on 2nd Street right accross from the main entrance to UCO. If there is rain coming down, we will meet at House of Fitness right next to Super Target and Fleet Feet Sports

So here we are again where we graduate a new class of rookies to veterans. I am looking to all you guys to help build up and motivate our new campers the same way the veterans helped you whn you got started. That is so important to me that we are all on the same page and have the right attitude.

In addition to adding the new Boot Camps I will be adding an Unlimited Camp Option. The cost of our camps is still only $10 a camp and I recommend atleast 3 times per week, if you feel like you are ready to push yourself,  you can come 5 days a week. I’ll be posting the discounted price for the Unlimited Camp Option soon so stay tuned!

I am very proud everyone that has been coming to Edmond Boot Camp! We are seeing great change in everyone! If you are new or thinking about starting up, there is no better time that RIGHT NOW! The quicker you begin, the quicker you can start changing your life!!!

Feel free to call, email, or text me anytime with any and all questions or concerns. If you would like to workout but Don’t know if Boot Camp is for you, check out DobbsPersonalTraining.com for more information on Personal Training or just give me a call!

All the best,

Edmond Boot Camp’s Most Important Post

This is the most important thing I have ever written. Most of my Edmond Personal Training, and Edmond Boot camp posts are happy, but I am not writing this to make you have warm fuzzies. I am writing this to make a declaration of myself. And I am hoping that you being uncomfortable drives you into change!

my-girls

I have to admit that I’m seeing the world through different eyes since my daughter was born. But one thing is definately apparent. Every choice that we make has an effect. It effects my ability to be happy, fit, and healthy for my family.I know I am a personal trainer and I know that I own a bootcamp but I challenge you to adjust your mindframe and join me in this. I am going to give you 5 points that are obvious changes that I am making in my own life and I want you guys to come with me! Finish Reading
